How long after ordering is my product shipped?


Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to ship. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2-5 Business Days w/ Standard Shipping (1-3 Business Days w/ Expedited).

How long does it take for my order to arrive?


We ship most of orders from our Florida, USA factory. Some of our handmade items are shipped from our Arizona office.

Your item will arrive within 2-5 business days if you selected our FREE Standard Shipping.
For expedited shipment, expect it to arrive within 1-3 business days.

Which carrier do you use?


We ship all items with United States Postal Services (USPS).

Do you ship in other countries?


As of now, we only ship in the United States.

I didn't receive my order.
